Our family was the latest recipient of one of your foundation's generous grants and we would like to take the time to express our sincere appreciation. The diagnosis of a GBM blindsided our family in late 2012. Dealing with this type of illness is a full time job in itself and coping with that while raising a one year old daughter was one of the hardest struggles me and my wife have ever dealt with and continue to deal with three years later. Like many other families in our situation, we worry about the many stresses this diagnosis brings such as the emotional, physical and financial. Any time one of those stresses can be alleviated it makes the situation a little easier to handle.
Having support during this time is extremely important and Harley Helping Hands knows what each family is going through and therefore knows the best way to help these families.
